In December last year with Shane Dargue’s help (from Colliers International Melbourne) I looked at the specialist role of residential development site sales and marketing. These posts helped to highlight how success in this area required flair along with solid marketing support and a dose of clever thinking.

And so with our appreciation of how this area operates I am excited to announce and welcome Troy Bryant back as a new member of our team in his role of National Director – Residential Development Sites. Troy has a well-earned reputation with diverse experience across sales, marketing and acquisition consultancy.

Troy returns to us after spending eight years with Stockland where he was a member of their senior leadership group. While Troy’s experience covers some 24 years he has had a focus on development sites and projects.

I am sure Troy will be keen to add his own particular flair and innovation as a member of the development sites team here in Sydney.
